Dear Parents and Carers,
As you know this year we end term two on Friday 15th December. I appreciate that this is very early and lots of parents will have at least a week before their Christmas break (if you're lucky enough to have one). Because of this, I am considering offering a Christmas Holiday Club for the first three or four days of the school holiday.

The terms and conditions would be similar to Summer Holiday Club - 8.00 until 4.00pm, £15 for a full day and £8 for a half day. Breakfast would be provided and also an afternoon snack, children would need to bring a packed lunch in with them. We would offer activities and the children would be supervised by staff from school.

Before putting plans in place, I would like to see how much interest there is as it could only run if enough parents need the provision - we do not make a profit but need to pay for staff, resources and additional energy costs.
The club would be available for all parents, not just working parents. If you think you would use this provision please complete the google form via the link below before Friday 20th October. I will then let parents know whether or not the club will run when we return to school on October 30th.
